Hi Reader, Last week we had a flood in the house, today I woke up to a completely flat tire, and I have about 6 loads of laundry I need to do. December always feels like it’s survival not thrival (not a word… I know…but it rhymed) but I’m feeling it extra deeply right now! So I’m pulling out a few of my favorite easy dinner recipes so that we don’t just survive off boxed mac and cheese and nuggets for the foreseeable future. Hope they help you during this chaotic season too! Easy dinners my whole family loves

They also have a hemp seed streusel topping for a sweet crunch and a little boost of fat and protein!

Hi Reader, For all my U.S. friends… Thanksgiving week is HERE. I have a very vivid memory from when Teddy was 3 and WOW, Thanksgiving was so hard for me to navigate. And, I wanted him to eat something besides pie (so I wouldn’t feel like a total parenting failure)! So I’m sharing a few quick tips to navigate the tricky holiday meal situations we run into with kids....

It can be as easy as making a few snack swaps, so here are some items to grab at the grocery store that will also give them some extra fiber.
